What We Do
AISOCC offers free, professional, non-biased review of any cold case brought to us by law enforcement. We actively assist law enforcement, criminal justice and legal professionals in the development of cold case investigations by offering professional, interdisciplinary cold case review, educational opportunities, published peer-reviewed research, broad-based societal outreach programming, and by creating supportive resources for families of victims in the pursuit of truth and justice.

AISOCC's Board of Directors is the governing body of our non-profit organization responsible for ensuring that AISOCC consistently works towards its goals and pursues its mission, overseeing the administrative functions, reviews of cold cases, and supports AISOCC's Membership.
AISOCC's Consulting Committee consists of a multidisciplinary group of scholar/practitioners, investigators, and others whose goal is to review cold cases in order to develop new leads/information and/or investigative strategies for the requesting agencies. This committee is made up of various subcommittees to include Legal, Investigative, Forensic Science, Behavioral Science, Medicolegal and Academia. This committee is hand selected by the President of AISOCC and approved by the Board of Directors. You won't find a more experienced and knowledgeable group of cold case experts in one place any where in the world.
